Meeting Follow Up / Open Board Position

Thank you to everyone who came out and provided their feedback on the proposal for the Flock Safety System! The board will be meeting next week to review all the feedback provided and will have another open meeting very soon to discuss what the next steps may be. During this meeting we will also be approving the budget for 2022 as well.

Another item for discussion is, one of our board members, Kelly Hoffman, resigned from the board on Monday as her family will be moving out of the neighborhood. Since Kelly was just voted onto the board for her current term earlier this year, the board has one open seat that will need to be filled and we are looking for a volunteer to serve the rest of Kelly’s term as the Secretary for our board. Since Kelly resigned during her current term, the board will be the ones to select who fills the open seat instead of there being a vote from the neighborhood members. We are looking for a new board member who wants to be involved in our community and is willing to donate their time to help continue our efforts to connect with our neighbors and improve our community. Please have your submission emailed by Friday October 15th as the board will be selecting the new member next week.
