In accordance with Article X of the Bylaws for Marine Creek Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc. you are hereby given notice that the 2023 Annual Meeting is being scheduled for July 20, 2023, at 6:00pm at the Northwest Fort Worth Library located at 6228 Crystal Lake Drive. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect a new Board of Directors, review 2022 and 2023 business, and discuss future plans for the HOA. The association will elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors. For the convenience of homeowners, you may also attend this meeting on Zoom. Instructions are included. In the event you can not attend please complete the attached proxy.
Additionally, the Board of Directors will be having a meeting prior to the annual meeting at 5:45pm on July 20, 2023. The public can view this meeting at the library or on the same zoom link. The board meeting agenda is as follows.
1. Introduction and verification of quorum
2. Review Prior Board Meeting Minutes
3. Adoption of Capitalization Fee Policy
4. Other New Business
Candidacy forms must be submitted by July 18, 2023. The election will be held on www.marinecreekmeadows.com. You must be registered to participate. Online voting will open after the completion of the annual meeting and will remain open for 24 hours. The Association anticipates posting election results within forty-eight business hours of the annual meeting.
