In accordance with Article X of the Bylaws for Marine Creek Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc. you are hereby given notice that the 2022 Annual Meeting is being scheduled for October 18, 2022 at 6:00pm on Zoom. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect a new Board of Directors, review 2021 and 2022 business, and discuss future plans for the HOA. The association will be electing three (3) members to the Board of Directors. Instructions for the online meeting are below. In the event you can not attend please complete the attached proxy.
Candidacy forms must be submitted by October 17, 2022. The election will be held on the association website. Online voting will open after the annual meeting. Voting will remain open for 24 hours. The Association anticipates posting election results within forty-eight hours of the annual meeting. In order to vote you must be registered on www.marinecreekmeadows.com.
