In accordance with the Declaration for Marine Creek Meadows Homeowners’ Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice of and requested to attend a Special Homeowners Informational Meeting. The purpose of this Meeting is to discuss the adoption of an amendment allowing Capitalization Fees in Marine Creek Meadows HOA and possible closure of one of the neighborhood pools. An explanation of the capitalization fee, reserve study and long term financial condition of the HOA will be explained at the meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday May 16, 2023 at 6:00PM. This meeting will be held both in person and virtually to allow as many owners to attend as possible. The meeting will be held at the Northwest Fort Worth Library located at 6228 Crystal Lake Drive in Fort Worth, TX. The Zoom link is below.
