In accordance with Article X of the Bylaws for Marine Creek Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc. you are hereby given notice that the 2023 Annual Meeting is being rescheduled for December 4, 2023, at 6:30pm. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect a new members to the Board of Directors, review 2022 and 2023 business, and discuss future plans for the HOA. The association will elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors. The meeting will be held online. In the event you can not attend please complete the attached proxy.
Candidacy forms must be submitted by December 1, 2023. The election will be held on www.marinecreekmeadows.com. You must be registered to participate. Online voting will open after the completion of the annual meeting and will remain open for 24 hours. The Association anticipates posting election results within forty-eight business hours of the annual meeting.
