2024 Annual Meeting

Event Starts: October 15, 2024

In accordance with Article X of the Bylaws for Marine Creek Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice that an Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for October 15th, 2024 at 6:30 pm. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect three (3) new members to the Board of Directors, review the business of the Association, review 2024 financials and discuss 2025 plans. The Board of Directors each serve a two-year term. The meeting will be held at the Eagle Mountain Saginaw ISD Administration Building 1600 Mustang Rock Rd., Ft. Worth, Texas 76179 and via Goto Meeting.

Please note that in order to hold an Annual Meeting a quorum of 5%, or 18 homeowners must be present in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please fill out the online or attached proxy and return by noon October 14, 2024. If you do not wish to assign your proxy to another person or wish to vote online, please select option 3 (Quorum Only) on the Proxy form.

The election of three (3) Board of Directors will be held after the completion of the annual meeting on the association’s website www.marinecreekmeadows.com. You must be registered to participate and only one vote per household is allowed. Voting will remain open for 72 hours and we anticipate releasing results of the election within forty-eight business hours of close of the election. If you cannot attend the meeting and do not wish to vote online, you may complete the proxy. All proxies must be turned in by noon October 14th, 2024, to Ryan Smith. No proxies will be accepted after this time. All proxies will be validated.

No floor nominations will be taken. Enclosed with this notice you will find a candidacy form. The candidacy form should be completed for each person who would like to run for a position on the Board of Directors. The form must be received by Ryan Smith on or before 5pm, October 11th, 2024, and will soon thereafter be shared with the community. For those candidates that timely submit a form, your name will be placed on the ballot.
